Back at Lake Pflugerville for a 4-mile tempo run. Started slow with an 8:02 first mile, then picked it up: 7:34, 7:17, and closed strong at 6:58. Average heart rate was 145 — proof the base is still there.
Boston 2026 slipped away after injuries, but the comeback is alive. Boston 2027 is the goal. One brick at a time.
