*I-95 in Florida*
Interstate 95 in Florida runs nearly the entire length of the state’s Atlantic coast, beginning at the Georgia border in Nassau County and continuing south for over 380 miles to its southern terminus in Miami. As you travel from north to south, I-95 passes through a diverse range of landscapes and cities, including the historic areas of St. Augustine, the growing metro of Jacksonville, the beaches of Daytona and the Space Coast, and the bustling urban centers of West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. The route is a vital corridor for commuters, tourists, and freight traffic, with numerous interchanges providing access to major highways, ports, and airports. Along the way, drivers can expect everything from rural stretches of pine forests to some of the busiest urban expressways in the state, all while staying within easy reach of Florida’s Atlantic shoreline.
