Day 30 of running a mile & doing the big five lifts every day

Day 30 in the books ✅

Feeling fresh in some muscles, and a bit overworked in others. With the 63 almost-consecutive days I did before we went to Spain for a week, these 30 add up to 93 days. Meaning I’m closing in on the 100-day mark, at least in a way.
