Today’s run: 5.03 miles at a 7:54/mi pace with an average 147 bpm heart rate, finishing in 39:45 total time. Another solid step forward in the daily running grind.
Every day is different — some runs are long, some are recovery, and some test your limits. The key is showing up and stacking miles, no matter how you feel or what the weather looks like. Consistency beats everything else when it comes to building fitness and training for long races.
