MK does his first workout after coming off a long base build working up to 75 miles per week. He ran Easy and Steady for 10 weeks along with 4,500 meters of strides per week and is now ready to add a layer of threshold running. MK will continue to progress the threshold workout each week by decreasing the number of breaks or increasing pace. Establish base fitness first before ramping up intensity for the best results without injury.
