Evan and Cole ran 82 miles last week. They will use that 82-mile week as a bridge towards maintaining 89 miles per week to end their base build. Then, it’s on to some quicker running with 2 to 3 workouts per week to develop speed at 1500m and 3200m, which will boost running economy at marathon pace next spring.
