Michelle SMASHES 2 Miles in 30 Minutes!
One of the biggest challenges Michelle faced was building up her endurance.
She had to train her body to run longer distances without getting tired.
She also had to work on her speed, making sure she could maintain a good pace throughout the entire run.
And then there’s the mental game – Michelle had to prepare herself to push through the pain and keep going, even when she felt like giving up.
