Finishing out the year strong! My final workout of 2024 was a doozy. Highlights included; blurry vision, fast miles, sitting on guardrails to recover, and 16 miles of fun.
I love running fast downhill miles, but I’d never attempted one in the middle of a workout before. It definitely added some nerves ahead of time, and some ouch afterwards.
