Tuesday 14-Mile Double Run #marathon #running #marathontraining

Evan and Cole are still pretty fatigued from Sunday’s 18-mile long run since DOMS peaks at 48 hours post workout. To squeeze in midweek long runs, the kids get 9 miles in the morning and 5 miles in the afternoon followed by a gym session and a dunk in the swimming pool. Evan and Cole will do another 14-miler on Thursday, but will be well recovered to complete that run in one go.
