Another solid run in the books — 6.01 miles at an 8:01 pace with a steady 146 bpm heart rate. The legs are starting to feel stronger, smoother, and ready for the final stretch before the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23.

I’m starting to feel that mix of fatigue and momentum that comes right before the big taper phase. Runs like these — controlled, consistent, and confident — are what really build marathon strength.
