The Refreshment Package is the non-alcoholic beverage package on a Royal Carribean Cruise. All the “Starbucks” drinks are from Cafe Promenade. If your ship has an actual Starbucks kiosk, it is NOT included in the Refreshment Package. Weird, huh? Anywho, lots of sugary drinks and lots of caffeine.
