In this episode I head to Thurrock / Lakeside in Essex, UK, where I’ll be spending the night ahead of my cruise on Ambassador Ambience, leaving from London International Cruise Terminal, Tilbury Docks. The Travelodge Thurrock is my home for the night and I’ll be giving you a full tour with tips to make this a more comfortable and economical stay. I’ll be showing you the locality as well, including the boardwalk, lakeside shopping centre and where to eat. The next day, I’ll give you options to make your way to the cruise terminal and costs.
