How I fuel + prep for my 5 mile run 🏃♀️
I like to core train on an empty stomach first thing in the morning 💪🏾— then I refuel with a high-protein breakfast to power me up. I follow that with 30 minutes of weighted mobility (think stretching, strength, & sweat).
Before I head out for my run, I sip on a Celsius for that extra kick ⚡️
After the 5 miles, I make sure to fuel up with a high-protein, high-carb meal — and yes… I always finish with a sweet treat 🍫 (M&Ms are non-negotiable 💁🏽♀️)
